Ingredients: 
Castile Soap, cold-pressed olive oil, infused with essential oils: rosemary, peppermint & cedar wood.

Directions: 
Shake before using.
Pump 3-4 times directly into the scalp & hair.
Massage lathered shampoo in for 1-2 minutes.
Rinse & repeat 2-3 times.
