Shipping policy
People’s is pleased to offer delivery to locations around Bermuda. If you are a customer who is at-risk (seniors over the age of 65, expecting mothers or immune compromised customers) or if you are placing an order above $50.00, you are eligible for delivery.
Delivery options are as follows:
- Pick Up at Peoples
- Pick Up at ACW
- Free Prescription Delivery
- Central parishes (Pembroke, Devonshire, Paget): $7.00
- Eastern & western parishes (St. George’s, Hamilton, Smiths, Warwick, Southampton, Sandys): $12.00
Delivery timelines are as follows:
- Western parishes (Warwick, Southampton, Sandys): Monday & Thursday
- Eastern parishes (St. George’s, Hamilton, Smiths): Tuesday & Friday
- Central parishes (Pembroke, Devonshire, Paget): Daily
- FREE delivery is currently limited to orders with prescribed medication, with priority being given to at risk customers. Orders must be placed by 2pm for next day delivery if applicable.
Delivery of large items that require a car or van will be charged at a standard rate:
- Zone 1 – Pembroke: $25.00
- Zone 2 – Devonshire/Paget: $40.00
- Zone 3 – Hamilton Parish/Smiths/Warwick: $60.00
- Zone 4 – St. George’s/ Southampton/Sandys: $75.00
- Oversized products requiring additional delivery personnel: +$25.00
